How It works ?

As the Ubuntu Family Initiative we distribute Basic Needs Bags

made up of much-needed Basic Hygiene and School Items and Clean Water and Sanitation Equipment that allow us to further our mission to reach those most in need during our campaigns. Whether bought by yourself, or as a gift for someone else, these donations make a lasting difference.

We have distributed over 600 bags throughout North and East Africa, South-East Asia, South America, and Turkey and hope 40 water filters thus far.

You too can give something to those who have nothing.

Portable water filters are usually small, portable and light (0.5-1.0 kg) and usually filter water by working a mechanical hand pump, although some use a siphon drip system to force water through while others are built right into water bottles.

We will be opening the sponsorship ahead of our next campaign but for now, the sponsorship window has closed for our India campaign.
